We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor with the expertise and enthusiasm to match ours. Our Workforce Department is forward thinking and highly valued by the Organisation; in the role you will be responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing policy, procedure and guidance focussing also on the development of our Trust recovery plans.

You will lead the development and delivery of professional and highly specialised HR advice and be making a difference to the working experience of colleagues, the people who use our services, their carers and families.

£32,306 - £39,027 per annum pro rata (Band 6)

The location

Your base will be Wonford House in Exeter, however under the current COVID-19 conditions this may be subject to alternative arrangements/change for example home working.
