As a Band 6 Clinical Sister within community hospitals, your role will involve assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of holistic care, linked to packages of prescribed care. In the absence of the Matron you will take charge of the Ward. You will be a key lead member of a dynamic team, supporting patients, their families and carers, as well as our own staff with their development and daily tasks. This role requires the ability to motivate and organise others, have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, as well as a caring and understanding nature. If you are a Band 5 looking for a new challenge this could be the role you are looking for!
