An opportunity has arisen for dynamic and energetic Theatre Practitioners to take on the role of Senior Theatre Practitioner in Theatres at Fairfield General Hospital.

Fairfield Hospital houses one of the largest Arthroplasty Units in the region and expansion of this service is on going. To support the service development we are looking to recruit experienced Theatre Practitioners who have the enthusiasm and drive to lead a team and develop excellence in practice. Experience in anaesthetics and recovery would be advantageous although not essential as training and support will be given to the right candidates.

In addition to Orthopaedic services we offer a large adult ENT service which also provides emergency cover out of hours. Participation in the emergency out of hours rota would be required.

The successful applicants would be given the opportunity to rotate to other sites within the NCA to further develop their skills and broaden their knowledge base.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate on going personal development and the ability to manage a team.
