This is an opportunity for an experienced NMC Registered General Nurse to step up into a leadership role. You must have experience in a nephrology unit, ideally with a recordable Renal Nursing qualification.

What does the role involve?
You will develop, implement, evaluate and assess care programmes for dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease or acute renal failure. Planning treatment to meet care requirements, you will work within your team to ensure that communication is effective, individual care plans are implemented and training requirements are met.
North Ormesby Dialysis Unit operates 18 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 89 patients, in partnership with South Tees Hospitals NHS Trust using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio of 1:4 patients.
This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts between 6.30am to 11.00pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday and 6.30am to 6.00pm Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.
