There is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Senior Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to join the New Personality Disorder Service that is being developed in North Staffordshire. The post holder should be a Clinical Psychologist or hold a Core profession and have one or more of the following, a post graduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent), DBT Foundation training or MBT at practitioner level.

The Team will be supporting services users using the model of Structured Clinical Management, as the Senior Therapist you will deliver groups and individual sessions to services user in our care. You will provide guidance and clinical supervision to junior members of staff. As the Senior Therapist you should be a reflective practitioner and have an excellent understand of clinical formulation.

In return you will be provided with an excellent working environment, with operational hours Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 and there are also opportunities to work from home. There will be opportunities for further training and career development, along with regular and meaningful supervision.
