Overview
Contract: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 paediatric Dietitian at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a permanent contract and offers the ideal opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and skills in paediatrics in a supportive environment.
You will be an integral part of both the Dietetic and the wider Children’s Therapy Team. The Paediatric Dietetic Team comprises a Band 7 Advanced Clinical specialist, 4 Band 6 Specialist Paediatric Dietitians, a Band 5 Paediatric Dietitian and support from Dietetic Support Workers.

You will be joining the growing team of over 30 dietitians in the York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; a forward thinking department which crosses many specialities.
The department places a strong emphasis on clinical and peer support, supervision and supports continuing professional development. We also have a well-established programme facilitating the training of dietetic students on A, B and C placements.
