Do you want to develop your skills within our acute respiratory ward ?

We are looking for nurses to work in our acute respiratory ward at Epsom General Hospital. This is suitable for both newly qualified nurses as well as experienced nurses wanting to work within acute medicine .

We will help you to develop your career with an opportunity to undertake both internal and external courses .

We operate an internal transfer process for nurses who want to try out a different speciality to help with development and career progression.

If you join our team you will have the opportunity to gain experience in acute respiratory nursing and develop skills in NIV (non-invasive ventilation), chest drains and more.

We provide a holistic care to the very acutely unwell and those with chronic respiratory illnesses who require frequent treatment. The wards treat a wide range of thoracic conditions. We care for patients admitted with lung cancer, asthma, COPD, TB, type 1 and type 2 respiratory failure, pleural effusions, pneumothorax, and PE If you enjoy working in a fast paced but supportive environment where staff development is encouraged, then apply now!
