The Role:

We are looking for a New Partnerships Manager to join Oxfams Private Sector Partnerships team.This is an exciting position in a high-performing, supportive, and ambitious team.

You will be responsible for developing new impact-focused partnerships with companies and brands, resulting in funding for Oxfams work to tackle poverty and inequality around the world.

Working closely with technical experts, programme staff and Oxfams leadership team, you will connect with and create mutually rewarding relationships with leading companies.

What we are looking for:

Our next New Partnerships Manager will have experience of working for a charity in a funding or partnerships role or in the private sector in a marketing, sales or corporate social responsibility role. You will have a successful track record of securing six and seven-figure partnerships, combined with excellent relationship building, project management, and communication skills.

Were looking for someone with the tenacity, confidence and interpersonal skills to create new strategic relationships that deliver income and impact for Oxfam.
