Salary range: £26,873 - £28,770 per annum

Work location: Children's Homes, Countywide

Hours per week: 37 or 18.5 - we are open to discussions about flexible working 

Contract type: Permanent

Vetting requirements:

  • This role is subject to a criminal records check
  • This post is subject to the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 and successful candidates will be required to complete a Disqualification Form.

About us

The available roles are based in our children's home across the county.

These jobs are crucial in supporting teams to work effectively to deliver outstanding services to the children we care for in the homes, their families and wider partnerships.

About the role

We are looking for people that are organised, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with children, professionals and members of the public and will strive to provide efficient and first-class customer service.

About you

You will be supporting colleagues in the children's homes, social workers, and partner agencies and assisting with the day to day running of the Children's Homes.

Some of the work that you will be undertaking will be:

  • Answering calls and queries,
  • booking appointments,
  • minuting meetings,
  • uploading information in our database,
  • creating financial transactions
  • tracking health and safety requirements
  • supporting the Management Team to meet our Children's Homes regulations.

We have a dedicated training and induction plan where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in all adminsitartive areas

These are permanent Team Support Officer and are available across the County. All posts are based directly in the children's homes.

2 Full time post available (37 hours each) in Enstone (near Chipping Norton) and East Hagbourne (near Didcot) with a starting salary of £26,873.

2 part time post available (18.5 hours each) in Chinnor (near Thame) and Sutton (near Witney) with a starting salary of £26,873 pro rata
