You'll need to hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.

What you will be doing as our new Kitchen Magician...

  • From prep to plate, you'll be hands on and highly organised, working at pace to serve up amazing memories for our guests. This means:
  • Taking a 'hands on' approach in the production of menu items during service, cooking to spec, adhering to portion control, and recording wastage.
  • Working on the 'front line' and overseeing all aspects of kitchen management including, food diaries, health and safety and stock management.
  • Supervising and developing the kitchen team.
