What the Job Involves

This role involves working within the Assurance and Compliance Service team to support the Council's residents and partners. You will provide income maximisation, arrears reduction, and repossession services, offering advice and signposting support for those in financial difficulties. You will regularly monitor rent accounts to prevent arrears, and take appropriate recovery steps, including legal action, as needed. Commitment to safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable individuals is a key part of this role.
