Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Empty Homes Clearance and Cleaning Operative to ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard for re-let purposes, ensuring that a customer-focused service is delivered.

This is a full time, permanent role, covering Bristol and surrounding areas, and will be working 39 hours per week Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can:

  • Deal with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties
  • Working to assist the re-let of properties.
  • Property clearance
  • Garden clearance
  • Basic ground maintenance
  • Assisting other members of the trades team as required
  • Clean and clearance of empty homes
  • Work in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets
  • Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information
  • Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
  • Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.

A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence and onboarding checks.

Your Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £500 is paid in your first month's salary and £500 is paid when you pass your probation. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus you must be an external applicant and not currently employed by The Guinness Partnership. Please note: Guinness employees who have left the company within the last 12 months are not eligible to receive recruitment incentive payments
