What's it all about?
As the F&B Product Manager at Travelodge, you'll support and deliver annual F&B revenue and margin objectives. You'll optimise and evolve F&B offerings across 200 Bar Cafes and 600 vending locations, ensuring they align with Travelodge's strategic objectives and customer insights. Working closely with the Senior F&B Product Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll drive commercial performance and enhance the customer experience. You'll lead and support F&B project development, delivery, and implementation, managing post-project analysis and recommendations. Your role includes tracking consumer trends, developing new propositions, and maximising commercial performance. You'll also manage F&B promotional plans, prestay communications, and budget evaluations. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers will be key to your success in this dynamic and innovative environment.

What are the extra bits?
- 37.5 hours per week
- Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
- Based in Thame with hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
