You'll be working as part of the Marketing Analytics team, whose purpose is to understand customer behaviour in order to develop the right marketing strategies and tools to drive value to customers and to the business. The team provides useful insight across the business and more efficient and insightful targeting for our customers.

As a valued member of the team you'll be responsible for developing Virgin Media’s marketing strategy by using our extensive datasets to develop timely, proactive insight to drive and shape current performance and CRM strategy.

You’ll proactively use BigQuery to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour across our online and offline channels and make recommendations on how we should connect with our customers.

The must haves:

  • Proven skillset in manipulating data using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques using SQL

  • Demonstrable Google BigQuery and A/B test analysis

  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Github or Jira

  • Evidenced examples of working with and using customer segmentations

Other stuff we’re looking for

  • A keen learner with curiosity about processes and operations

  • Demonstrable experience of analytical problem solving with great attention to detail

  • Efficiently prioritise tasks and deal with multiple requirements accurately

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with diverse business partners
