Why we're working with Rest Less

Why we're working with Rest Less

We value your experience! The majority of the Auditel partner network are 50+, people who sought to use their senior management or Director-level corporate knowledge and experience for greater personal benefit by building a ‘second career’ as part of Auditel.

Many people feel they have many years of work ahead of them, perhaps after redundancy, but would like more control and flexibility by running their own business as part of a community, rather than being a slave to the corporate machine, or being fully isolated in a completely new high-risk start up.

Auditel offer the ideal business model for people who want the benefits of self-employment but with lower risk, full training and support, being part of a like-minded network and the scope to build great income streams but also have the work-life balance you desire.

We believe that there are many within the Rest Less community who want a new career, and would be ideally suited to Auditel, and for whom Auditel is ideally suited. Whether you would like to build a business over the next five, ten or fifteen or more years, you can make your Auditel business work for you.

How does it work?

Auditel has nearly 30 year’s success in helping people into self-employment, and has built up a huge array of expertise, knowledge and business tools coupled with industry leading training, a world-class support programme and a meticulously detailed roadmap to success. This is a franchise, you could describe it as a complete ‘business in a box’.

A franchise is a great way to run your own business, it’s a partnership where you (the franchisee) benefit from all the previous hard work and development that the business owner (the franchisor) has undertaken, understanding all that works and wrapping that up for you. By buying a franchise, you are trained and supported by the franchisor. When you are successful, so is the franchisor, and vice-versa. Auditel have lots of great success stories, you can read some below, and some of our franchise partners have been running their business for over twenty years, others have long since happily retired!

To become part of Auditel, and benefit from all our resources and IP to build your own great business with the Auditel framework, there is an initial investment.

Auditel partner quotes

“Auditel is full of people with different skills and expertise and I’m proud to be part of it. The great thing is you can work as one person but you can scale your business up as much as you want to. One of the best things for me personally, coming from a corporate background, is the flexibility – you can fit your work into your lifestyle. My business is financially rewarding and my work is much more tangible and meaningful day-to-day now. What I do impacts real-time and makes a difference to businesses. I’ve seen two very different business worlds and enjoyed my working life far more as a result. I’m proud of what I do and of the way that I’ve been able to achieve my goals – personal and professional.”

John Wardle

“My turnover was up again last year, which is fantastic. The beauty is, once clients are onboard, provided the relationship is properly managed, you can retain them for long periods of time. The head office team is very strong and their mentality and approach to business really resonates with me. They’re about going the extra mile, motivating people, working in a team environment and supporting people to achieve their potential.”

Gill Gibbon Auditel

“I really value the Auditel network around me, and this is not only a fantastic resource but also a great support too. I look forward to local and regional franchise meetings and the national events such as the Supplier Exhibition and National Conference each year – it’s good to get together with everyone. I don’t wish to stop what I’m doing; I think I would get bored, but the Auditel business does allow me to scale my activity over time. It’s been a very positive decision for me to join Auditel and have a great ‘second career’.”

Example Roles

People join Auditel for a variety of reasons, here are a few illustratives of how people with different motivations and objectives have become involved in Auditel in the past:

Carole has had a varied corporate career in senior management roles, specialising in business development.

She is fed up with the corporate politics, wasted time, and hard work that benefits others more than her. She loves meeting, developing and managing her clients. By joining Auditel, she can play to her strengths, building up a portfolio of clients and working with her Auditel colleagues to deliver the project work. They share the fees generated 50/50. She controls her time, has several holidays each year, and can work 4 days a week, still earning a six-figure income.

John has had thirty years in the logistics and freight sector, there’s not much he doesn’t know.

He’s tempted to set up his own consulting business, but is worried about how he will generate clients. He has contacts who talk about the ‘feast and famine’ with big gaps between projects, plus his own network will be limited within a couple of years. He discovers Auditel, and realises that the 100-strong partner network are developing new clients all the time, and many of them need a logistics specialist to do some project for them. He quickly gets settled into the Auditel network, marketing himself internally as well as picking up a few clients of his own. Over a few years, almost all the work is coming to him direct, and he has long-term income streams to benefit from. He loves what he does, makes a difference to clients, and has a business that gives him the income he need to support retirement along with the flexibility to really enjoy life now.

David had a great career and was able to retire at 55. Trouble is, a year down the line and he was already getting bored. He doesn’t need to work, but he wants a challenge.

He has skills and experience that could really benefit businesses, but would prefer the support and framework of a franchise network that Auditel provides. He now has a business that gives him some nice income, but still lets him play gold three days a week. He loves the network meetings and the chance to socialise with his Auditel colleagues. He has complete control, intellectual challenge and stimulate, and makes a tangible difference to his clients.
