Work for Choice Care Group
Introduction to Choice Care Group
Choice Care Group was established to provide learning disability support services for individuals who require a safe, supportive and therapeutic living environment, which also provides opportunities to learn and self-develop. Our services look after clients with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex emotional and behavioural needs including autism in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire.
In each service, both residential care homes and supported living, the team is led by a qualified and experienced manager backed up by fully-trained social care workers. A fundamental part of our success in supporting people with such complex needs is the multi-disciplinary approach provided by our own Positive Behaviour Support Team
We also place great importance on providing individually-planned education, employment and leisure opportunities, to support each individual in their ongoing development.
We pride ourselves on supporting our staff through effective management, training opportunities and career progression. We are committed to providing our employees with the best training available, ensuring that our service users are always looked after by highly-experienced social care workers.
