Our administrative and support service departments also play a crucial role in our ability to deliver efficient operations of a high quality. Our teams ensure Falck deliver a fully resourced workforce, deploy safe and efficient ambulances and vehicles and implement the most up to date IT systems.

The HR Business Partner is a key element of the Human Resources team in the development and implementation of Falck people related strategies and projects. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner has overall responsibility for the delivery of an effective, efficient and compliant HR service which meets the needs of the business as well as CQC regulatory requirements
