About this event

Watch Roving Chef Alex as he demonstrates how to make 5 fabulous ‘Warming up for Spring’ dishes including;

Potato and Watercress Soup – a lovely soup with a lovely peppery warmth to it.

Soda bread – A bag of flour to freshly baked loaf in only 40 minutes which is hard to beat.

Lancashire Hot Pot – This is a real favourite of Alex’s, a comforting dish, great with a side of home-made pickled cabbage.

Vegan carrot cake – This old school classic has a nostalgic feel but quite delicious, perfect with cup of tea.

Easy eggless pancake – Finally, to mark the fact that it is Shrove Tuesday, Alex will be making a really easy eggless pancake recipe so that you can all get flipping after the demo!
