Midlife leaks and how to manage them

About this event

We can’t believe that Christmas is around the corner – we’re so excited about dressing up and bringing some joy to these challenging times.

The only fly in the ointment? Those pesky midlife leaks. Yes, they’re common (1 in 3 women experience bladder symptoms related to the menopause) which is reassuring but that doesn’t do away with the lack of confidence we can feel when we’re trying to get our glam on.

But fear not – help is at hand. In this free joint Rest Less Presents and My Menopause Centre webinar we’ll be sitting down for a chat with our brilliant partner and physio expert, Katie Knapton, where we’ll talk about the things we can do to strengthen our pelvic floor and kiss those leaks goodbye. This is one conversation you and your little black dress won’t want to miss.
