About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager. As Account Manager, you will deliver value by forming a direct, collaborative relationship with stakeholders. This will maximise efficiencies and address change, operational delivery, problem resolution and policy assessments ensuring that:
The execution of full end-to-end processes for applications, assessment and payment to students and learners is enabled by dependable, timely and accurate information from service partners.
The end-to-end processes for payment to Delivery Partners achieve SLC Pay commitments.
The levels of satisfaction from service partners are high enough for SLC to receive support, endorsement and insight to enable continuous improvement.
Please note that this role requires a Full UK Driving Licence.

What you bring:
Excellent communication skills; confident and articulate presenter.
Ability to influence decisions and agree actions with internal customers and external stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships and influence internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Ability to analyse and present information and data clearly and concisely.
Uses initiative to resolve issues and is confident in ability to make decisions.
Track record of good time-management, with ability to deliver to deadlines.
Experience at providing external-facing relationship management, and in managing business-to-business interactions.
Focus on continuous improvement and developing working practices, for self and others.
Flexibility on working hours and ability to travel extensively and regularly within UK (inclusive of NI), often overnight.
