Every year, HMRC is responsible for collecting hundreds of billions of pounds that fund the UK's public services. Making the right decisions, at the right time, and at the scale required by modern government depends on high-quality data, analytics and digital products.

Our platform provides the capabilities that help turn data into action. The platform supports critical risking and decision-making services used across HMRC and wider government, helping identify fraud and error, improve compliance outcomes and ensure public money is spent effectively.

This is an opportunity to work on products that have genuine societal impact. As an Associate Product Owner, you'll help shape services that support millions of customer interactions and contribute directly to protecting revenue that funds schools, hospitals, transport and other essential public services.

We're looking for potential as well as experience. You may not have worked as a Product Owner before, but if you've helped solve problems, worked with stakeholders, prioritised competing demands, delivered improvements or used evidence to support decisions, we'd encourage you to apply. We value diverse experiences and recognise that great product professionals come from a wide range of backgrounds.
