Job summary
Dstl is seeking an experienced and forward‑thinkingOperations Content Lifecycle Manager to lead, manage, and evolve the self‑service digital content that underpins Operations services.
This senior role is central to transforming how information is created, accessed, and maintained across Operations, ensuring that users experience clear, consistent, and high‑quality content every time they engage with our services.
A key priority is the migration of extensive, siloed service information onto a single, unified Operations online platform. You will take ownership of the creation, management, and continuous improvement of this content, ensuring it is accurate, user‑centred, and aligned with best practice.

Job description
In this role you will create, manage and maintain the Operations content platform, you will create work packages and plan activities that enable groups of multi-discipline, highly technical teams to contribute to the creation of Operations content and meet Operations business goals.
You will provide technical leadership and advice on service management and content writing standard methodologies.

Person specification
We are looking for someone who has experience producing customer focused content in a technical environment within a large and complex organisation. You will have experience using evaluation and insight to drive real change and continuous improvement.
You will also have experience of creating, managing and maintaining knowledge banks and data flow tools within a CRM system.
