Knowledge Transfer Manager - Beef & Lamb (Agriculture)

We are looking for a Knowledge Transfer Manager to join our Beef & Lamb Engagement team, helping to deliver technical knowledge, insight and practical guidance to levy payers across the sector. This is a national role and will require flexibility to travel across the UK as needed.

As a Knowledge Transfer Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that research findings, technical expertise and industry best practice are translated into practical, accessible resources that support informed decision making and drive business improvement on farm. Working closely with colleagues across AHDB, industry experts and external stakeholders, you will develop and deliver high-quality knowledge transfer content that aligns with the Beef & Lamb sector business plan and supports the needs of levy payers.

The role offers a varied mix of responsibilities, including creating technical resources, supporting events and knowledge exchange activities, collaborating with subject matter experts and identifying opportunities to maximise the impact of research and innovation across the industry. You will help ensure that complex information is communicated clearly and effectively to a wide range of audiences, enabling farmers and producers to make evidence-based decisions that improve productivity, profitability and sustainability.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of the beef and lamb sectors, outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine passion for supporting the agricultural industry through knowledge transfer and continuous improvement. You will be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
