Why Dignity

Dignity exists to help every family in Britain navigate the hardest moments of life with simplicity, dignity, kindness and exceptional care. That's true whether you're with us full-time, part-time, or on a casual basis, across our Dignity Funerals branches or our CMG crematorium and cemetery sites.

Casual roles with us are built around flexibility. You choose the shifts that work for you, with no minimum hours and no long-term commitment, so the work fits around your life, whether that's family, study, another job, or just wanting to work when it suits you.

The work itself still matters. Every shift you pick up is helping a family through one of the hardest moments of their lives, and you'll be properly trained and supported to do it well, just like the rest of the team.
