Job Title: WMI Learning Support Assistant and Mid Day Assistant Employment Type: Term time only, Part Time Fixed

Hours: Learning Support Assistant: 25.15 Per week

Mid Day Assistant: 5 Per week

Salary: Pay Range: Scale 4 point 7 MDA Scale 2 point 3

Reporting to: Head of School

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant and Mid Day Assistant who can effectively support children with varying needs. We are looking for someone who would work in KS1/KS2 in the Vine Schools West hub (William Martin Schools).

Experience is preferable.

The schools are part of the Chelmsford Diocesan Vine Academy Trust. The successful candidate will:

LSA Duties Be able to work closely with the class teacher and SENCO Have a confident grasp of Maths and English

Show initiative and understanding

Be resilient, flexible, patient, engaging. Have excellent communication skills Be able to engage and motivate children to learn Work well as part of a team and independently

William Martin Infant and Junior Schools are two form entry schools with a nursery also attached. Our school is a member of The Vine Schools Trust, the academy attached to the Diocese of Chelmsford.
