Key Responsibilities
- Keep the kitchen clean and orderly by washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, as well as sanitising surfaces, equipment, and floors according to health and safety standards.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients, and assembling simple dishes as directed by the chefs.
- Helpmaintainstock levels in the kitchen by organising ingredients, unpacking deliveries, and storing items properly.
Requirements
- No prior experiencerequired, butpreviouswork in a kitchen environment or as a porter or a catering background is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing forlong periods.
- Excellent team player withgood communicationskills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
