Position:Pub Team Member- JD Wetherspoons
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates:Up to £12.71per hour
Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.
We can provide on-site accommodation, subject to availability and T&Cs.
We areseekinga friendly, motivated team player to bring great energy and service to our restaurant and bar. As a key representative of our venue,you'llextend a warm welcome to guests and owners, take their orders, deliver tasty food and drinks, and create a hospitable atmosphere that encourages them to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they havea great experience.
- Taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.
- Handling payments and ensuring orders areaccurateand delivered promptly.
- Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.
- Working closely with all team across the venue to deliver operational excellence.
- Knowing the menuwell enough,toassistguests with recommendations and queries.
Requirements
-Previousexperience in apub,restaurant, fastfoodor customer service role or as a waiter orwaitressis desirable but notrequiredas training will be provided.
- Effective communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
