Revenue Assurance Officer- Collections
Location:Prestatyn, North Wales
Salary:£27,105.00plus bonus scheme
Shifts:Full Time (37.5 hours), Monday-Friday
Permanent contract and Fixed Term contract available
We are looking for a Collections Officer to join our Revenue Assurance team based in Prestatyn. The Collections Officer willbe responsible forthe collection of outstanding debt from UK and foreign Private Medical Insurances.

Whatyou'lldo:
The role will include outbound and inbound telephone calls, emailcommunicationsand aged debtcorrespondenceto major insurance companies to ensure they have the necessary information to assess and process outstanding invoices
Responding to and resolving emails from internal and external customers.
Frequentinteraction with facility staff at all levels, some travel may berequired.
Respond to patient queries and record all patient interactions on the system.
Identifyand escalate any revenue having an adverse effect on collections activity to the Team Leader & Collections Manger.
Contactinginsurance companies via phone, email or other correspondence andinitiatesrequest for payment.
Performsappropriate followup withinsurerand gains commitment for payment.
Identifiesinsurance company trends and communicates trends to Line Manager & Management for further action/escalation.
