If you've worked in roles like sales, hospitality, PA/EA, or anything that involves organising people and negotiating, then you already have the key skills to do well. Your established network and ability to chat to people are your biggest assets.

What is the role?
You will be supporting clients who need accommodation or function space for groups of 10+ people - from business meetings, training courses and conferences to retreats, family gatherings, and sporting events. Your role will be to research suitable hotels and venues, negotiate the best deals, and provide excellent service with the backing of HB's global reputation.

Where do the clients come from?
You will begin with your own network - colleagues, friends, and neighbours - many of whom work for small and medium-sized organisations that regularly need accommodation or space for meetings, training courses, or team events. These local companies are the backbone of our client base. For example, it could be:
- A local accountancy firm booking a training day,
- A charity arranging a staff away day, or
- A regional sales team holding a quarterly meeting.
As you grow, you'll expand beyond your immediate circle to a wide range of SMEs and organisations. With HB's brand, reputation, and resources behind you, you'll have the credibility and support to win and enjoy working with clients in your community and beyond.
Is there a cost and how is money earned?
There is no fee to join HelmsBriscoe. Once your client contracts with a hotel or venue, HB invoices the property and pays you a share of the commission. Your earnings grow with each successful booking - from a few meetings to building a thriving business.
