We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed Fundraisers to join our expanding team and represent Blesma.

About Blesma:

Blesma, The Limbless Veterans, is dedicated to assisting serving and ex-Service men and women who have suffered life-changing limb loss or the use of a limb, an eye or loss of sight in the honourable service of our country.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Approaching people door-to-door and at events or venues to promote and sign up supporters for a weekly lottery or hospice sponsorship.
• Using your communication skills to engage the public and encourage ongoing financial support.
• This role suits people with experience in sales, utilities, fundraising, or face-to-face marketing.
• No formal qualifications needed — we provide full training on compliance, fundraising regulations, and the charity’s work.

What You’ll Earn:

• Expected earnings between £30,000 and £40,000 annually.
• Flexible hours available with both full-time and part-time roles.
• Attractive bonus scheme with uncapped commission.
• For the first 3 weeks, you’ll receive either a guaranteed daily rate or commission—whichever pays more.

Requirements:

• You must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
