Pendle Community High School & College (PCHS&C) Nelson, Lancashire | 37 hours/week, (Mon-Thu 8:30-4:30, Fri 8:30-4:00)/Term time only | Grade 3 Are you organised, friendly and passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? Pendle Community High School & College is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding special school for students aged 11–19 with a range of learning difficulties and additional needs. We are seeking a dynamic School Business Support Officer 1 to join our vibrant and inclusive school community. What You’ll Do:
  • Undertake Reception duties, providing a warm welcome to visitors, answering telephone and responding to routine queries.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support.
  • Update and maintain school diaries and produce weekly bulletin.
  • Maintaining the daily lunch ordering system. What We’re Looking For:
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office ICT packages.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet agreed deadlines.
