What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver 100% coverage for all visits assigned within the defined territory
  • Build strong relationships with key in-store stakeholders to influence availability, visibility, and compliance
  • Maximise product distribution and execution by using data to resolve stock issues, merchandise all available stock, site POS, secure incremental displays, and ensure promotional compliance
  • Order stock where possible to drive sales and distribution
  • Accurately capture and record all field data in real-time using our iPad-based app, ensuring 100% data accuracy for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Share actionable field insights and best practice with internal teams and clients
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and field forums, both remotely and in person
  • Conduct in-field visits with clients, VIPs, and field management
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and ways of working
  • Monitor and report competitor activity, including NPD, promotions, and POS
  • You'll be trusted to manage your diary effectively, optimise travel routes, and ensure balanced visit coverage across each month while delivering consistent results.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for self-starters who combine commercial awareness with strong organisation and communication skills.

Essential:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to own vehicle with business insurance
  • Ability to travel across a designated territory
  • Confident using digital systems and mobile reporting applications
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Field marketing, merchandising, or retail experience
