By balancing customer needs with business goals, they help NFU Mutual stay profitable while offering great value to our customers.
Our Pricing team is forward-thinking and innovative. They use tools such as predictive modelling, machine learning and advanced data analytics to support commercial growth projects, trend analysis, street pricing and market benchmarking. They're also involved in strategic internal initiatives, helping shape the future of our business.
When you join our Pricing Analyst Graduate Scheme, you'll be part of a supportive culture and a strong graduate community from day one. You'll learn from others, share experiences and develop alongside your peers, with mentorship, continuous learning and hands-on experience that will stretch and challenge you.
You'll also develop skills linked to NFU Mutual's My Development Framework — from technical expertise and problem solving to collaboration, communication and customer focus — preparing you for a long-term career with us. You may also have the chance to work towards professional qualifications in areas such as Data Science, supporting your training and career development.

If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know. We'll work with you to understand what support would help you perform at your best.
