The Interventional Oncology Research Team is recruiting! It is a full time post on a 12 month fixed term contract, with potential for extension based on research funding. This post will be based at St James's Hospital. Why you should join our TeamThis is an exciting opportunity for an associate CRP to join the Interventional Oncology (IO) research team. The speciality of IO sits within radiology. We are a highly innovative, progressive and collaborative team. We are a friendly and supportive team and work very closely with our clinical colleagues to deliver excellence in IO research. We have been fortunate to deliver global firsts through our clinical trials portfolio and we have a range of exciting cutting edge trials coming up, which the associate CRP would be responsible for helping to deliver. If you join this team you will be contributing to the advancement of IO as the fourth pillar of cancer care through minimally invasive, evidence-based innovation.
What you will bring to the roleWe are looking to recruit a proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in contributing to high quality clinical research delivery to work within Interventional Oncology research team. The post holder should have strong clinical skills and a desire to work directly with patients and trial participants. Previous experience of working within radiology research would be desirable. The post holder will be required to work alongside the multi-disciplinary team and industry partners. They will be expected to attend MDT meetings, there will also be the opportunity to attend and present our work at key speciality conferences and meetings.
