Main duties of the job
As a Bank Care Assistant at Agincare, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals to maintain their independence by assisting with personal care and everyday tasks while providing comfort and reassurance. The role is deeply rewarding and you'll have a significant impact on people's daily lives. Agincare offers fully funded professional training and qualifications, allowing for career development. The position offers flexible contracts and pays up to £12.75 per hour. You can also earn up to £1,000 through their refer-a-friend program. While alternate weekend work is required, no previous experience is necessary as full training is provided. Non-UK nationals must already have the right to work in the UK, with at least 12 months remaining on their visa, as Agincare cannot currently offer sponsorship positions.
