About the role
  • Creating a welcoming environment keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
  • Room care with pride dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage
  • Working together collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Making a difference through kindness sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day
