Main duties of the job
This position is for a Bank Nurse at Elysium Healthcare located in Hertfordshire. The role offers the flexibility to choose shifts that fit around your lifestyle, whether you're looking for extra shifts to increase your income or prefer the freedom to decide your work schedule. After completing a two-week paid induction, you will be added to the nurse staff bank, having access to available nursing shifts at Rhodes Wood Hospital and possibly other Elysium services in the future. The hospital, a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 to 18 years, operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. You will work on a zero-hour contract, with available weekday, night, and weekend shifts bookable through an app. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality evidence-based care, support your colleagues, and help make a positive impact on vulnerable people in society. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you'll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Rhodes Wood Hospital is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 up to 18 years. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person.
