Main duties of the job

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester care home in Rugby, you will help residents enjoy every day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. The role is casual and part-time, offering flexible working hours. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help create great moments and memories for the residents. The role offers varied and rewarding work, from supporting residents with their meals to ensuring each resident has personalized one-on-one time. The role provides an opportunity to use your compassion and skills in a meaningful way and develop your career further.
