Main duties of the job

This could include supporting residents with food, drink, and following care plans to ensure one-on-one time with residents. It's also a chance to use your skills meaningfully and develop your career. To join as a Care Assistant, experience caring for older people is needed, along with a can-do approach, excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion. Training is provided to help you thrive in this role. The position involves working alternate weekends.
