Main duties of the job
We are looking for a compassionate care assistant to support residents in their everyday lives. If you are passionate about making a difference in peoples lives, Aria care will offer a supportive and nurturing environment to grow. Qualifications
Essential
- Empathy, respect, and a growth mindset are essential. Previous experience in care is preferred but not required. A compassionate nature and a desire to make a difference are key.
