We are recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to support 3 individuals living in the community with Learning Disabilities and Autism
Main duties of the job
About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.45 for day shifts and £69.76 per sleeping night shift.
This position is based on a 12 week rolling rota working an average of 14 hours per week, including a variation of the shifts below:
Sunday: 9am-Monday 9am (24 hour shift including a sleep shift)
Thursday: 11:30am - 10pm
Main duties of the job
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Administering medication when required
What We're Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you'll need:
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication skills
A genuine desire to support others
Basic IT and record-keeping skills
A full UK driving licence is advantageous
Previous experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided

We are looking for a Care Support Assistant to come and join our team to support a client based in Bolton.
Full training will be given to set you on your path to being a Care Support Assistant, where you will be paid a competitive rate of pay after completion of training. We offer you time to do the training before you start whilst we carry out our recruitment processes.
The shifts available are days and sleeping nights. Sleeping nights are paid at £69.72 per sleeping night and day shifts are paid at £12.75 per hour

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence. Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required.
Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:
You are required to have good communication skills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous.
