We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in Lytham, St Annes.

• You'll spend your whole shift with one person, no travelling between sites, just focused, meaningful support.

About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a rate of pay of £12.71 an hour.

This position involves 1 x 12 hour waking night shift per week.

Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant

• Supporting a young lady with Autism during the night
• Assisting with non-invasive ventilation while she sleeps
• Managing and monitoring her epilepsy and seizures
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
• Administering medication when required

What We're Looking For

To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you'll need:

• A caring and empathetic nature
• Good communication skills
• A genuine desire to support others
• Basic IT and record-keeping skills
• A full UK driving licence is advantageous
• Previous experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided
