We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in Lytham, St Annes.

About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a rate of pay of £12.71 an hour.

This position involves 1 x 12 hour waking night shift per week.

Main duties of the job

Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant

Supporting a young lady with Autism during the night

Assisting with non-invasive ventilation while she sleeps

Managing and monitoring her epilepsy and seizures

Providing companionship and emotional support

Helping with household tasks and meal preparation

Administering medication when required

What We're Looking For

To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you'll need:

A caring and empathetic nature

Good communication skills

A genuine desire to support others

Basic IT and record-keeping skills

A full UK driving licence is advantageous

Previous experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided
