Complex Care Assistant Location: Bromley, London Pay: Days Monday to Friday £16.90, Saturdays & Sundays Day £17.74, Nights £17.74 Shifts: Days Monday to Sunday Days 8am-8pm, Nights 8pm-8am We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support our young client in Bromley with complex needs. About the Client Our young client enjoys cuddles and benefits from physical reassurance. He loves books, music, nursery rhymes, and watching his favourite TV programmes. Sensory play is an important part of his day, particularly activities involving lights, sounds, bubbles, textures, and light-up toys. The family have a dog, so applicants must be comfortable with pets. Previous experience in supporting paediatric clients with complex needs is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be empathetic, energetic, and capable of working independently and in a team. A full UK driving licence and awareness of accessibility are also required.   • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Awareness of accessibility - knowledge of wheelchair-friendly routes, transport, and venues

  • Full UK driving licence
