Job summary
We are looking for an organised, compassionate, and highly efficient Service Administrator to join our busy healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and the backbone of our daily clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment.
Working Monday - Friday 9.30am to 13.00 hours Remote & onsite
The post holder will act as the DACS Service Administrator and will support the Service Manager with the day to day appointment management for DACS clinical services and High Risk asthma team Clinics on EMIS/Surgery Connect/NHS Mail.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve:
- Contacting and booking patients appointments
- Tracing and registering patients onto the NICS EMIS system.
- Sending and managing reminder messages and information leaflets.
- Checking cancellations
- Rebooking patients previously triaged.
- Checking voicemail messages
- Check NHS mail for patient messages
- Pulling reports from EMIS web
- Keeping referral spreadsheets up to date.
- Monitor High Risk Asthma team shared email and liaise with practices as required.

Job summary:
