You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents.   • Experience of working within a similar environment, a caring nature with the ability to give everyone a personal approach, flexibility, adaptability to changes at short notice, strong work ethic, solution-based approach to problem-solving, ability to work well under pressure, warm, approachable, and engaging persona, respect for everyone, and resilience.
