You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents. Main duties of the job

This role is a 20-hour contract where you will be working as a Domestic Assistant passionate about making a positive difference in older people's lives. You will collaborate with the domestic and laundry teams and maintain cleanliness and hygiene to high standards. Adaptability and a focus on resident care are crucial, emphasizing continual improvement. The role requires adhering to all policies ensuring the clean and healthy environment for residents while granting them dignity. Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in a similar environment, caring nature, adaptability, strong work ethic, resilience, and respect for others.
