Main duties of the job

Youll enjoy £12.72 per hour, a refer a friend scheme up to £1000, ongoing career development, fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, a Blue Light Card discount package, and a company pension scheme. We're looking for a positive attitude with pride in your work, a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, and a 16-hour contract is available. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, keeping communal areas clean, tidy, room care, collaborating to maintain hygiene, and sharing a smile or conversation with residents.
