We have an exciting opportunity for a Emergency Nurse Practitionerto join our team based at the St Georges Urgent Treatment Centre, working Variable hours across a 7 day rota. This is a pivotal clinical role within our urgent treatment centre.
What the Role Offers
This role provides the opportunity to work autonomously as an independent healthcare practitioner within a minor injuries unit. Delivering a high quality of care across a range of agreed age groups and presenting conditions.
You will utilise your advanced clinical skills undertaking patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, onwards referrals where appropriate and safe discharge. Managing both minor illnesses and undifferentiated injuries.
You will also contribute to creating a positive working environment for staff, ensuring that all available resources are used effectively to meet key performance indicators and maintain CQC standards.
Pay Rates
Rates vary depending on the time of day worked:
- In Hours: £22.19 up to £24.03 per hour depending on experience Monday to Friday, 08.00-18.00
- Out of Hours: £28.85 up to £31.24 per hour depending on experience - Monday to Friday, 18.00- 08.00 and all day Saturday and Sunday
