This pivotal roles provide high-quality support to Executive Directors and senior leaders across the Operations and Growth Directorate, enabling the effective day-to-day running and ensuring leaders can focus on delivering strategic priorities. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will act as a trusted coordination point, managing competing priorities, facilitating effective communication and ensuring that meetings, actions and key pieces of work are delivered efficiently and on time.
Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Executive Business Partner to join Mental Health Matters. This pivotal roles provide high-quality support to Executive Directors and senior leaders across the Operations and Growth Directorate, enabling the effective day-to-day running and ensuring leaders can focus on delivering strategic priorities. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will act as a trusted coordination point, managing competing priorities, facilitating effective communication and ensuring that meetings, actions and key pieces of work are delivered efficiently and on time. You will also play an important role in supporting governance and business processes, maintaining oversight of policies, audit actions and organisational priorities, and helping to ensure that commitments are tracked and progressed effectively. The role works closely with Executive Directors and senior leadership teams to support coordination of service activity and contribute to the smooth and effective running of the organisation. Job responsibilities
Executive Business Partner Hours of Work: 37.5 per week Salary: £31,596 with progression to £34,922 per annum Location: Hybrid. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote working with regular attendance at one of our service bases. The successful candidate must be able to travel to and work from a service base in Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Worcestershire, or Mid Essex for approximately one day per week. Enabling Leadership. About You We're looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, coordination and clarity to busy and varied workloads. You will have experience providing high-level administrative or executive support and be confident managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and supporting senior leaders to deliver priorities effectively. You'll be comfortable balancing competing demands, maintaining oversight of actions and ensuring that key pieces of work progress smoothly. You will bring:
