Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor in New Milton who is passionate about supporting both our clients and care teams. The role is full-time with a salary up to £28,000 per year, plus benefits like a refer-a-friend bonus and mileage allowance. Responsibilities include conducting care assessments, monitoring wellbeing, and supporting care staff. Applicants should have supervisory experience in social care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential. You must be available to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties. A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor
As a Field Care Supervisor, youll be a supportive point of contact for both clients and care staff.Youll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and making sure everyone feels supported and confident in the care they provide.
Youll carry out:
- Care assessments and reviews
- monitor wellbeing and safety
- Support staff through guidance and regular supervisions
- Help create a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
- Ensure safeguarding and safety standards are always maintained
The role also includes taking part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working when required.
